1. Connect the dest machine registry using regedit
2. Under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
Find dword [fDenyTSConnection ] key and change to “0″
3. Restart it
shutdown -m \\machinename -r

One day, I got a RSM error when I try to connect RSM Library, and it seems started but somehow it can’t load the database form somewhere, it might caused while I updated my seagate dds3 tape drive’s drivers.
What i done is.
1.stop RSM service.
2.rename system32\ntsmdata to ntsmdata.old.
3.add a new registry dword key.
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NTMS
Key: ImportDatabase
Value: 1
4. start RSM service.
